Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase from www.abejasboutique.com, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Preorders and Trunk Show Items must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the original shipping date.
Eyewear and any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items designated as "Abejas Upcycled" are not eligible for return or refund and are considered final sale.
Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.
If you would like to use the return label enclosed with your order, please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund upon processing.

Abejas Boutique respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Abejas Boutique does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile without your consent. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. Our customers have the right to request erasure of their personal data in certain circumstances. Our customers can only request erasure of their own personal data. Abejas Boutique and Shopify will continue with erasure if there is no legal reason to keep it. Personal data cannot be erased if it is associated with a pending order, or if it is associated with an order 180 days before the request is made. When processing a request for erasure, Shopify will anonymize the personal data of the buyer, but keep non-personal data such as revenue information and order details. Order details that are retained include the gateway used to process payment, time of sale, amount paid, currency, subtotal, shipping cost, taxes added, shipping method, item quantity, item name, SKU, and payment method.
